HISTORY

Temi Ajayi is a female entrepreneur, a business Icon and a registered nurse by profession. With 25 years of experience in business management, she is currently the CEO at Smart Start FDC and Ismart training Organization. She  runs some non - profit organizations including Kingdom Platform Ministries which she co founded with her husband - Bunmi AJayi. Also serves as one of the directors at  Megalines Insurance and risk advisers. She is a live coach who is registered under John Maxwell ministries. She was a treasurer of the Nigerian Society of Victoria from 2007 -2009. Temi’s passion is people development and empowerment;

she does this through mentoring, inspirational speaking and community services. She serves as a pastor in her local church (Southwest Christian Church) and currently oversees 300+ African families. Temi is a wife, married to one of the most handsome and loving husband, a mother to many, both locally and internationally with 3 biological children of her own.

M-power Community Services was birthed out of Temi’s love, compassion and support for humankind. Temi’s selfless act of kindness has touched many lives in the community irrespective of their age, color, educational or economical background. Temi’s motto is “Everybody is somebody”.
